Can I Keep My Current Doctor?

Most patients begin within 24 to 48 hours after eligibility is confirmed. In urgent situations, we work to begin as soon as possible.

Who Decides If I Am Eligible?
Your attending physician and our clinical team confirm eligibility. Hospice eligibility also requires certification by a physician that life expectancy is about six months if the illness runs its usual course.

- Medi-Cal and many private plans also cover these services. We verify benefits and explain coverage before care begins.
